The Barringtons team recently had the privilege of volunteering at Ronald McDonald House in Westmead as part of their ‘Baking a Difference’ program.
We baked a wide selection of delicious of sweet and savoury treats, baked with love for the families staying at the house. Our goal was to bring a little light and joy into their challenging days, offering a moment of comfort and care through the gesture of home baked goodness. It was truly a fulfilling experience, knowing that our small act of kindness could make a difference in the lives of those in need.
We baked treats from Apple crumble and cupcakes to mini pizzas and carrot cake muffins. Enjoying every step of the process working together as a team, creating these delicious goodies for the house. The experience was not only about the yummy treats we made, but the shared sense of purpose in being a part of something so special.
It was such an incredibly rewarding experience, and the Barringtons team will definitely be back again to continue to support Ronald McDonald house and all they do for the Families in need.
