THE HIRING PROCESS
Our People & Culture team are dedicated to making sure every candidate feels supported and valued throughout the recruitment journey. With a genuine passion for people, we take the time to get to know each applicant beyond the resume, ensuring the process is fair, personal, and welcoming.
We believe in creating an approachable and inclusive experience, where candidates can feel comfortable to ask questions and be themselves. We guide you through the application process, and ensure your unique strengths and needs are recognised.
Our People & Culture team will keep you informed every step of the way, however here is what to expect after you hit apply:
- Each resume will be screened – no AI resume screening here!
- If you meet minimum requirements, People & Culture will call you for an introductory phone interview
- Face-to-face interview will then take place at the location of the role (we can do via Zoom if required)
- Some roles may require a second interview
- 2 x References
- Job offer
