Chloe is the friendly face behind our People & Culture team, dedicated to making sure every candidate feels supported and valued throughout the recruitment journey. With a genuine passion for people, she takes the time to get to know each applicant beyond the resume, ensuring the process is fair, personal, and welcoming.

Chloe will keep you informed every step of the way, however here is what to expect after you hit apply:

1. Each resume will be screened by Chloe – no AI resume screening here!
2. If you meet minimum requirements, Chloe will call you for an introductory phone interview
3. Face-to-face interview will then take place at the location of the role (we can do via Zoom if required)
4. Some roles may require a second interview
