As Chief Financial Officer and Director, she combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of how the business operates and the people behind it. Today, Jen continues to bring her extensive experience and passion to Barringtons day to day, helping guide Barringtons both operationally and financially. Ashlea has been an integral part of Barringtons for a number of years, starting her journey in training where she worked closely with clients, students, and our internal team. Since then, she has worked across several areas of the organisations, including Human Resources and Workplace Health & Safety, building a broad view of both frontline operations and the systems that support them.

Ashlea is known for being practical, approachable and team focused. She values clear communication, steady leadership and creating an environment where people feel supported to do their jobs well. Her experience across the business means she understands the details, but also keeps an eye on the bigger picture.
