AML/CTF SPECIALISTTANYA HILL
Tanya has 15 years direct Club experience. Her roles included leading and mentoring teams, human resources, building and improving service culture and analysing various venue trends, including gaming, bar and food offerings in both Sydney Metropolitan and NSW country venues.
Tanya’s extensive experience has made Tanya a specialist in the Club industry, particularly in the area of AML/CTF compliance where she assists Clubs in achieving best practice.

Jared Barry is a highly motivated and accomplished leader who is currently Group
General Manager at Barrington Group Australia. Jared’s experience ranges over 10 years with Jared gaining extensive knowledge and skills within the marketing, design and branding space across the hospitality industry. Jared has played a significant role in elevating marketing strategies and creating strong brand identities to assist brands in standing out in competitive markets.
SENIOR WHS RISK ADVISORDAVID NAPPER
David Napper is a former NSW Detective with over 30 years
experience applying legislation and other regulatory expectations to
ensure that a business is compliant. David specialises in WHS for
registered Clubs, retail operations, gymnasiums, swimming centres,
golf courses, bowling greens, tennis courts, playing fields and other
sporting facilities. David can assist through Training, Risk Inspections, System Gap Analysis and Ongoing Ad-Hoc Support.
SENIOR ADVISORADAM PURCELL
Adam Purcell is a former Detective Superintendent in the NSW Police
Force. During his service he was in charge of various licensing units.
Adam is an approved trainer with Liquor and Gaming NSW. For the
past 10 years, Adam has been the President of the Eastern Suburbs
Liquor Accord.
